Tolls are new taxes that will hurt Virginia’s economy by raising costs for moving goods through the supply chain, waste revenues paying for new bureaucracies to administer and enforce tolls, and wreak havoc on communities along the I-81 corridor as traffic diverts around the tolls onto local roads not built to handle such high volumes.
